Description

A gents 1959 Longines 9ct gold wrist watch.

The watch has a 17-jewel hand-winding movement, 12.68ZS, which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Longines name, together with the serial number 10,911,687 which dates it back to 1959.

The watch measures 33.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1959 together with the name Baume, the UK importers of Longines wrist watches. The front of the case is in good condition. The case back has some unevenness.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has fairly light marking across it.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a vintage presentation box.
