Large Antique Pine Stacking Storage Cupboard C.1900

Description

A large antique pine storage cupboard (or fire cupboard) dating from around c.1900. Consisting of 3 cupboards stacked upon each other, each with a carrying handle on either end, ready to take out in a hurry if a fire were to start!! These lovely cupboards were originally kept in the hallway, close to an exit, storing one's precious valuables.

Currently in the bare wood having recently been stripped, and in nice condition throughout. Breaks down into 3 separate chests.

A grand statement piece for a hallway, landing, kitchen or dining room!
