FJ & RD Story Antique Clocks has dated this piece to the 1880s.
Finely cast ormolu mounts to the front and sides, the shaped glazed front with visible starburst pendulum and inlaid boulle work interior.

The decorated circular gilt dial with enamel Roman numeral cartouche tablets, cast brass ormolu bezel and convex glass.
The fully restored eight day movement with Brocot suspension, rack striking the hour & half hour on a single bell.

Stamped with makers medallion 'Vincenti Paris' and numbered.
Blued steel hands.
Overall this is a very handsome clock of slighty larger proportions, with the benefit of been decorated on the sides and interior.

The case is in fine original condition with the tortoiseshell and boulle work in good order.
The clock has been sympathetically cleaned and the movement fully restored to a high standard by our FBHI and Worshipful Company of Clockmakers awarded horologist.
