Description

A 19th Century French Mahogany, brass and mother of pearl inlaid secretaire abattant. With a rouge marble inset top above an arrangement of five rectangular oak lined drawers and a fall front secretaire. The secretaire opening to reveal a birds eye maple fitted interior with a baize lined writing surface. The drawers and fall front inlaid with fine brass inlaid and mother of pearl detail. The drawers having fine oak linings and retaining the original locks and working key and having beautiful pilasters with brass inlaid detail and ormolu floral appliqués. French circa 1880-1900

Dimensions: 26" wide x 14" deep x 52" high

Condition: This abattant is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
