Antique Pair of Mahogany Queen Anne Style Single Beds and dating from the 1920’s. Constructed from quality Mahogany and manufactured by the esteemed makers Staples and co with Royal Warrant to King George V and continuing to this day to supply beds to the Royal Household. Each bed being identical and having a high serpentine shaped headboard with moulded edge . The footboards with scrolled ends joined by a single panel and th beds are raised on cabriole legs on a pad foot. They have their original drop in side irons and Staples bespoke coil sprung base.

They take a standard single mattress.

EACH BED MEASURES: 55” HIGH TO HEADBOARD X 24” HIGH TO FOOTBOARD X 81” LONG X 36” WIDE

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
