A Ww2 Canadian Military Pocket Watch.

1920 - 1940
Description

A WW2 Canadian military pocket watch.

The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The serial numbers on the movement and back have been removed when the watch was de-commisioned for civilian use.

The watch itself measures 50.7mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and it has the military arrow in a C to the back, the Canadian military mark. The case also has the military issue number C-9429. The case is in nice condition with just light surface marking from use, nothing serious at all.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial has some surface marking where the military markings have been removed.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.

Price includes worldwide postage.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
