Large English Art Deco Sterling Silver Photograph Frame - Intricate Engine Turning

Description

Truly a magnificent large photograph frame made from English sterling silver.

The silver is decorated with the intricate engine turning and the top having a small circular vacant cartouche. The silver wraps around the sides of the solid Oak backing which has folding easel stand.

The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1925 together with the makers mark for the well renowned silversmith's, Harmon Brothers.

Beautiful quality and an impressive size measuring 12" tall x 8 1/2" wide x 3/4" thick. The glazed aperture measures 10 1/2" x 8".
