Andrew Cox Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The bases are stepped and feature bands of decoration. This decoration is repeated to the sconces which are fully hallmarked and removable. These wonderful examples are as practical as they are decorative and have the added benefit of being hallmarked at the Sheffield assay office. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Very good with no splits, holes or serious dents. The bases have some very slight blemishes to the base edges as seen in the photos.
Both sticks retain the original burgundy baize to the undersides.

Hallmarks :- Clear and readable. One sconce is hallmarked for London 1899 with matching makers mark.
