As part of our Japanese works of art collection we are delighted to offer this Japanese Meiji period (1868-1912) circa: 1890 Ivory Netsuke depicting the humorous female character Okame, she is modelled seated in traditional robes, hair tied back and appearing to be tying a parcel of some description, the Himotoshi has been formed to the underside, a great addition to your Netsuke or Japanese works of art collection.
