Description

An antique silver Waltham pocket watch.

The watch has a key-winding movement (sterling grade) which is working well. The movement is signed Am Watch Co, Waltham, Mass and the serial number dates it back to 1919. A winding key is included.

The watch measures 53mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs for Birmingham 1923 with the case makers mark for the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marking from use and a couple of small "dings" to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.

The watch glass is in nice condition.

The signed Waltham dial has a faint hairline crack below the sub seconds dial but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
