Description

An oak Late 17th Century antique coffer. Having a rectangular three plank top retaining the original split pin hinges with a candle box to the inside. The front with dentil mouldings and three carved panels bearing the initials S.R. Supported on stile feet with panelled ends. Possibly Scottish circa 1680-1700

Dimensions: 48" wide x 21" deep x 26" high

Condition: This coffer is in totally original condition, waxed in our workshops. A wonderful colour and patination
