A stunning French Walnut and Kingwood marble topped commode in the Louis XVI style. Very well made with attractive walnut and kingwood veneers onto a solid oak carcas. The varigated rouge marble top is eye-catching and is removable for ease of installation. There are 3 long drawers , all decorated with inlaid marquetry and parquetry detailing and fitted with their original gilt brass hardware. The drawers are lockable and the key is supplied.
