Hingstons of Wilton has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
This Antique oak cabriole leg dresser base was made in the early part of the 19th. century.

The dresser, is fitted 3 drawers along the front, that are fitted the very attractive fretted brass swing handles, that you will use to pull the drawer forward.
Each drawer with cock-beads running around the edges, and a lovely subtle inlaid cross-banding of mahogany.

Under the drawers at the centre of the shaped apron, is the delightful feature of an inlaid motif.
The dresser is of a great narrow depth, and so can be used in so many places around the home. We have sold such dressers to customers who have used them in hallways, dining rooms, drawing rooms, kitchens and landings. They are so versatile.

Imagine how wonderful it will look in your home, and the comments you will get from your family and friends, as you admire this piece of late Georgian furniture in its new setting.
