Hingstons of Wilton has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
This Victorian floral inlaid pier cabinet is a fine example.
Having a glazed door, that opens to allow you to place your precious items in for display.

These cabinets are superb for use in many places around the home. Not only for displaying your porcelain, glass, and silver items, we have had customers use them as bookcases and drinks cabinets.
This bookcase would have been first made circa 1860-1870, and been placed in the home of the professional classes to put in the areas of their home where their visitors would have seen it.
The contents displayed in this cabinet are for illustration only, and do not come with this cabinet.
