In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1880s.
Both the collar and the top are clearly hallmarked for J.S.B (John Septimus Beresford), London 1881.

It is in good condition for its age. There are some small dinks in the silver top and the raised scene is slightly worn. There are no cracks or major damages to the glass however there are lots of minor surface chips around the bottle and one larger on the edge which i've photographed but overall it displays very well. The thread on the screw top is in good condition and it goes on smoothly.
