Description

Pretty as a picture and in outstanding condition, this lovely pair of early twentieth century opera glasses come complete with their original case.

The eye pieces and focusing wheel are made from carved and polished Mother of Pearl. They are decorated with the most lovely colour of amethyst guilloche enamel with a good glossy patina showcasing the engine turned decoration below.

They come complete with their original velvet case with nickel clasp. They remain in excellent undamaged condition with good and clear magnification, great optics in good working order ready to use.

3 1/2" wide x 1 3/8" tall extending to 1 5/8" x 1" deep; the case measuring 4 1/4" x 2 1/8" x 1".
