Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1910s.
Although not marked WMF, this was an export example made for the English market with all other marks being those of WMF includng the I/0 which means the normal thickness of silver deposited on the surface of the base metal. The EP for Electro-Plated was added to UK imports and the NS for nickel silver. The underside reveals the capacity being 1 litre.
This stylish kettle is topped with a carved Ebony handle.
Excellent condition with minor wear commensurate with age. 9" handle to spout (max) x 8" (max) x 11 1/2" to top of handle.
