This is one of those clocks we deliberated on keeping. Apart from the aesthetics of the clock, one can't be distracted away from the condition and size, both of which are unusual for a clock of this period. The nickel plating is as good as you could hope for, only to be beaten by an item that's been recently re-plated. There's the odd blemish yes, but not anything note worthy for the Art Deco enthusiast. The size is impressive for a clock of this type and the numerals can't be mistaken for any other era. There is oxidation points to paint on the dial on close inspection, nothing we believe that distracts. Fully serviced and working on an 8 day mechanical wind up movement. This clock is definitely one that will raise a smile upon it's arrival.
