A fine and large Japanese Meiji period Tokyo school bronze okimono depicting a Bijin in Kimono with a parasol over her shoulder, singing as she plays a Shamisen, this beautifully detailed bronze has a good chiselled finish and the girl has a wonderfully expressive face. It is in excellent condition and is signed on the base standing 17 inches tall.
