A splendid Japanese Meiji period mixed-metal pin tray in the shape of a heart, beautifully onlaid in the centre with plant branches and a flowering lily, including a butterfly in flight overhead. This exquisite tray is made by Jomi Eisuke II and is signed on the reverse, it is in excellent condition and measures 5 ¼ inches across.
