Cast Iron Squirrel Nutcracker, Circa 1900

Description

An unusual English cast iron squirrel nutcracker. Nut is placed in squirrels hands and lever in tail is pushed down which brings the nut to his mouth and cracks it as in photograph. Circa 1900. Still has much of its' original red/brown finish, first time we have come across this model!
