A spectacular, profusely fitted and complete SURGEON'S BOX of implements in mint "unused" condition.

The solid mahogany case, bound with brass strapwork, and with a dated cartouche to the lid, opens to reveal the astonishing array of sixty or so implements; including saws; scalpels; trepanning tools; clamps; scissors and various SILVER catheters and probes and a wide variety of other items. 20 x 7 x 3ins (51 x 18 x 7.5cms)
