Russian Silver "Classical" Cream Jug

Description

A good quality ~ and heavy ~ Russian SILVER CREAM JUG in excellent condition. Of 'classical' shape, and of substantial gauge, this good cream jug is decorated with stylised palmettes around the upper edge with gadrooning further below and an elegant shaped handle. It is supported on a pedestal leading to a square plinth base, where the hallmarks can be found. 6ins (15cms) high.
