A pagoda pediment with 2 original brass ball finials (I have the 3rd original central one). Brass capped hood and trunk columns with brass fluted stopwork. An arched trunk door and a re-entrant base panel. An arched brass and silvered dial with lunar moon phases to the arch. Date and seconds indicators and 'Dutch' five minute outer markers to the silvered chapter ring. A high quality 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours on a bell and quarters on a nest of bells. Brass cased weights and flat rod pendulum.

Robert Conden of London is recorded in Brittens' 'Old Clocks and Watches and Their Makers' book as working at 51, Clerkenwell Close from 1780-1785.
London longcase clocks with lunar moon phases are seldom seen and with the addition of quarter striking makes this a rare example.
