Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The interior is lined with a cork filling, to help the precious contents from evaporating.
The silver cup slides off and retains its gilded or gold washed interior, it fits nice and snugly to the glass.
There are British silver hallmarks on both the cup and lid for Birmingham 1913 together with the makers mark C & C for Collins and Cook.
Excellent condition without damage and measuring 5" tall x 2 3/8" wide.
