Description

A handsome English vanity jar made from faceted crystal and topped with a stunning shaped lid made from sterling silver. The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1931 and made by the famous English silversmith, Mappin and Webb.

The top of the lid is covered with a beautiful blue guilloche enamel with a bright patina showcasing the intricate engine turned decoration below.

Excellent condition measuring 2 1/2" in diameter x 2 1/8" tall.
