Made in the southern part of what is now Vietnam in the 1920's, this was then exported to Poland in the late 1950's/1960's. The few of these that we have previously encountered have also made the journey to the old "Soviet Bloc," we knew of another that was imported into Russia at the same period. The Russians were very politically active in this part of Asia in the early 1900's, so would have developed an affinity for these. Great craftsmanship, intriguing history, and also a good tea strainer!
