This is a superb quality heavy weight chair by Gillow
This is a very fine quality piece the legs are handsomely turned, the stretchers are all carved as are the reeded upright columns of the back, and the chunky arm rests have a wonderful scroll to wrap you hands round
This is a super chair, the seat is upholstered in soft black leather with brass studs, it has a lovely patina and is in good condition for its age with no loose joints just a few dings as you would expect
The chair is 50” high at the back, the seat is 21” high it is 25” across and 25” deep
