Cased Ships Model: 3-Masted Schooner

Description

An interesting and good quality cased SHIPS MODEL of the "Kathleen & May" ~ the last of the famous three-masted schooners.

The "Kathleen & May" was built by Ferguson and Baird at Connah's Quay in Flintshire, and she became a familiar sight as she plied her trade along the North Coast of Devon. This fine model was made by Commander Masters Norman DSC., who was official modeller to the Admiralty. Overall dimensions of the case: 35ins long; 18ins high 12ins deep. (89 x 46 x 30.5cms)
