Description

An interesting Victorian "Country House" brass-bound oak POSTAL BOX in good original condition.

The sloping lid is set with its brass slot (to take letters and cards) and hinges open to reveal the vacant interior. To the front is a bevelled glass panel through which to view the contents, whilst the brass-bound panel to the front of the lid retains its original printed Postal Price List. 10ins wide; 9ins high; 7ins deep (25.5 x 23 x 18cms)
