Antique Burr Walnut Card Table

1900 - 1920
Description

This antique walnut card table is wonderful quality & is in excellent condition, dating from around the 1910-20's period. It has beautiful burr walnut veneers all over the top, back & front. The burr walnut top is also cross banded, with canted corners & has crisp carving around the edge. The shaped legs are solid walnut with superb carvings on the tops & on the feet. When opened up, there is a baize lined playing surface which is still in good condition, however it has opened up in the middle. If this bothers you, we can have it re-baized for an extra cost of about £50-£100. There is also a useful storage space under the top. Please enlarge all the images to appreciate all the fine details of this table.
