Waring & Gillows Tall Boy Chest on Chest of Drawers

Description

A superb burr walnut Queen Anne style tallboy from the renown workshops of Waring and Gillows. The top section having a moulded cornice above two short over three long graduated drawers the base having three conforming graduated drawers and all in the finest burr walnut with cross banded and cockbeaded fronts with cast brass drop handles and pierced brass escutcheons. The whole raised on a shaped plinth with turned feet. Condition - Very fine, mahogany lined throughout with working locks and keys. Dimensions Height 65’’/ 165cm. Width… 37’’/ 94cm. Depth… 21’’/ 53.5cm. Delivery to most of UK mainland £85.
