Pinefinders has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
Recently stripped exposing a clean and tidy bare wood - ready for waxing or painting.
The top has two very attractive arched panelled doors and lovely panelled side's.
Inside the cupboard are three shelves to the right hand side, and a single shelf to the left. The left side of the cupboard has a deeper bottom, which would have originally been to hang clothes.

The bottom section has three working drawers, and one "fake" drawer (due to the deeper side of the cupboard). Each have the original wooden knobs.
The underside of the linen press has a decorative wavy edge - finishing off the overall appearance of this grand piece.

The top separates from the base for delivery - so could be used in a bedroom or landing. Linen presses' also work very nicely in large hallways or boot rooms storing everything away.
