Burr Walnut Serpentine Fronted Side Table

1900 - 1920
Description

An excellent burr walnut side table in the Queen Anne style and of generous proportions. Very well constructed in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. The serpentine shaped top is cross banded and is surrounded with thumb-nail moldings. There is a single long drawer to the front, fitted with its original brass handles. All standing on long elegant cabriole legs which terminate in pad feet. This versatile table would sit well within a number of different room scenarios within the modern home, ie hall, living room, dining room etc. Offered for sale in excellent original condition. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops and with lovely mellow colour and patina.
