Description

A fantastic large English leather club chair dating from the early 20th Century. It is strong and sturdy with a velvet covered foam cushion and it stands on oak feet. A proper gentleman's chair with a large frame and good comfortable deep seat.

It is in good condition for its age and has developed a lovely worn and aged patina. It is structurally sound and the springs are good. There are no major damages in the leather but there are a few old patch repairs, a small tear on the top and there are some ring marks on the arms. The back and sides are in good order with no major rips or tears. It is a typical old leather chair and the leather has cracked and worn with age in places but it has been treated and fed with a good leather cream and it looks fantastic.

It is approximately 31 1/2" (80cm) high and the arms are 34" (87cm) wide across. The seat is approximately 33" (84cm) deep
