A beautiful Japanese Meiji period Satsuma pail/water bucket with a tight crackle glaze decorated with raised moriage enamel decoration depicting Chrysanthemum and Wisteria in Gosu blue, turquoise, white, red and green. This Large pail is marked Kozan with the Shimazu clan mon on the underside and is in excellent condition standing 12 inches tall.
