Masonic Guilloche Enamel Compact by the Daniel Manufacturing Company, Birmingham, 1928

Description

This fabulous Art Deco silver and guilloche enamel compact has a stunning Royal blue guilloche enamel lid engraved with a masonic crest. The hinged cover opening to reveal a silver gilt interior with inset mirror to the lid.

Plain silver sides and base.

Hinged lid.

Hallmarks:

DM Co for The Daniel Manufacturing Company.

Birmingham Assay Mark.

Date letter "D" for 1928.

Lion Passant.

Dimensions:

Diameter: 5cm - 2 inches.

Height: 1.5cm - 0. 1/4 inches.

Condition:

Very good.

Enamel in excellent condition.

No dings or dents on base and sides.

Good hinge.
