Georgian Chippendale Mahogany Desk Chair

Description

A handsome antique Georgian mahogany Chippendale chair. Good colour and figuring with chamfered legs united by H-cross stretcher, with carved top rail, the drop in seat has been newly reupholstered. Would make wonderful bedroom or desk chair.

Construction/Wood:

Mahogany

Condition Report:

Good colour and patina. Fairly solid and sturdy. Corner piece missing to the back foot(see photo). An old split to the corner of the seat rail. Newly reupholstered.
