A 19th Century Percussion Pistol.

The octagonal steel barrel with sighting, above the steel ram rod. The mechanism well engraved with scrolling floral decoration. The walnut body flowing to the hatched grip, finished with an oval engraved butt plate.

Date c 1820.

Height 6 1/2 inches, width 13 inches, depth 1 3/4 inches.
