An attractive mahogany parlour, or display , cabinet from the late Victorian period. Very well made in solid mahogany and decorated throughout with crisply carved detailing. The top, glazed, section is surmounted by a carved pediment with open fret-work paneling. The central glazed door opens to access a shelved interior affording ample display space. The base section has a single central cupboard flanked by two pairs of drawers. Both the glazed door and the cupboard door are lockable with the keys supplied. The cupboard door is decorated with an elaborate carved floral motif.
