Pair of Large Copper Floor Vases C.1890

Description

Very impressive pair of late 19th.c. floor vases of thought to be of middle Eastern origin c.1890. Standing over three feet tall, copper bodies overlaid in brass with hundreds of individual pieces arranged in shaped bands outlined with a twisted braid. Very good condition with only minor wear.

Dimensions: height 37", max diameter 17", diameter at base 12"
