Description

A pretty SILVER SUGAR BASKET with beaded hinged swing handle.

Of "boat" shaped, it is prettily engraved with bright-cut decoration and is supported on a spreading oval base, also with bright-cut engraving. Fully hallmarked underneath for London 1872, and with engraved 'signature' of Elkington of Liverpool. 6.25ins wide; 4ins deep; 4ins high (handle down). (16 x 10 x 10cms)
