Large French Ormolu Clock. Circa 1850

19th century
Description

Superb french mid 19th. century burnished ormolu large mantle clock complete with stand and original glass dome. Clock case is finely cast with lady to one side with dove and mounted with Sevres plaques. The 8 day striking movement by James and Walter Marshall of Paris. (marked on face and back plate). All in stunning un-touched original condition with hardly a blemish. Clock in full working order and complete with key. As good as you get of its kind.

Size; 20" wide, 19" high, 8" deep (incl. dome).
