Description

Antique walnut bureau of excellent quality in good condition & dating from around the 1920’s period. The slope & drawer fronts are burr walnut with cross banded edges. The drawers are graduated in depth & have original brass handles, escutcheons & locks. This bureau has a lovely mellow colour & plenty of character. The interior is very smart, with pigeon holes, drawers & a cupboard in the middle. The writing surface is supported by manual loafers. This bureau has neat proportions & sits on stepped out bracket feet.
