Description

A Fine quality mahogany Victorian Period antique pedestal desk. Having a rectangular top with rounded corners and a lovely pale green leather writing surface with gilt tooling. The arrangement of nine rectangular mahogany lined drawers with figured mahogany drawer fronts and the original mahogany turned drawer pulls. With solid mahogany sides and a panelled back in fine quality mahogany. The whole supported on a rounded cornered plinth with inset brass castors. England circa 1860-1880

Dimensions: 54" wide x 32" deep x 30" high (knee hole 24" high x 22" wide)

Condition: This desk is in superb condition, a fine quality example of a Victorian Period desk
