A Fine 19th C Marble Bust of a Gentleman

Description

A fine quality 19th century marble bust of a gentleman on an associated marble stand. The marble bust is signed by Joseph Mozier a well documented american sculptor who studied in Florence and Rome. The bust would have originally had a marble socle but this has been lost in time. The marble stand comes apart into sections for easy mobility and has some small damages commiserate with age. The overall condition is very good.

The stand measures 77cm high and with the bust a total of 138cm high.
