Georgian Style Wing Chair in Khaki Tweed Material

1900 - 1920
Description

Georgian style wing chair in Khaki tweed material

Here is your opportunity to own this Georgian style wing chair.

The wing chair has been completely upholstered and covered in a Khaki tweed material. The colour is darker than in the images , the images that show the wing chair material darker is a closer representation.

The chair is of a good large size.

This wing chair would have been made in the 1920’s and made in the Georgian style.

It stands on cabriole legs with pointed toes, the legs are joined by the attractive block and turned stretchers.

This wingchair has a good large seating area and so very generous in size.

Imagine sitting back and relaxing in this fabulous  chair, we have put in extra lumbar support when we upholstered this chair to make it even more comfortable to sit in when you are winding down after a long day.

Imagine your family and friends wanting to get to sit in it first!!!

When this chair was first made in the 1920’s, the owner may well have sat in this chair reading about the world news of the day.

The Reparations committee fix German liability to 132 Billion marks, and German hyper inflation begins.

Every single antique dealer on our platform is individually approved by our internal team. We verify their professional trade history, ethical standards, and photographic quality to ensure a secure, high-standard buying environment. Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.
