The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch itself measures 45mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was made by J Bréguet-Breting who registered the JBB mark in 1910. The case has attractive decoration to the side and an Art Deco design to the hinged case back.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.
There are a couple of small indentations.
The watch comes with a thin double albert which sits nicely with the watch, each chain measures 22cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
