A beautiful art nouveau Jugendstil glass inkwell by Kralik of rectangular form it is amethyst with a good iridescence and repeating green trails running up the sides of the body. This eye-catching inkwell has a hinged brass mount decorated on the cover with a typically art nouveau design with copper inlay, the lid is stamped with registration marks on the inside and comes with its porcelain liner (small nibble). This inkwell is in excellent overall condition measuring 6 inches across.
