18th Century Painted Pine Wardrobe

Description

A very old and impressive double pine wardrobe that dates from 1784. It is in remarkable condition for its age with the original paintwork, lock and key, iron door catches and drop handles on the drawers.

The attractive panelled doors are mounted on the original external hinges allowing them to open fully.

There is a elegant shape to the wardrobe - the sides taper in to the corners.

We believe this to have been a wedding present from the painted names and date at the top of wardrobe.

This is a one piece wardrobe and does not dismantle so please check access carefully for delivery.
